When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo through Google Sign-In. We also collect your TradingView username, which you provide manually. When you subscribe to a strategy, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details.
We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, grant TradingView indicator access, communicate with you about your account and subscriptions, and send seller application notifications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your account data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). Payment data is stored and processed by Stripe. Both services use industry-standard encryption and security practices.
We use the following third-party services: Google Firebase (authentication and data storage), Stripe (payment processing), EmailJS (email notifications), Vercel (website hosting), and TradingView (strategy indicator delivery). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Your TradingView username is shared with strategy sellers solely for the purpose of granting you access to their protected indicators. It is not used for any other purpose.
We use cookies and local storage for authentication purposes (keeping you signed in). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing myquantstrategy@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your account data will be removed from our systems. Note that Stripe may retain payment records as required by law.
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
