myquantstrategy.com ("the Platform") is a peer-to-peer marketplace where verified quantitative traders sell backtested Pine Script trading strategies to other traders. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
You must create an account using Google Sign-In to subscribe to strategies or apply to sell. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including your TradingView username. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Strategies are sold as monthly subscriptions. Each subscription includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged the listed monthly price. You can cancel anytime through your Account page. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Platform does not store your payment information.
Every strategy includes a 30-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at signup but is not charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" link on your Account page. Upon cancellation, your TradingView access to the strategy indicator will be removed. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact myquantstrategy@gmail.com for refund requests.
Strategies are delivered as protected, invite-only indicators on TradingView. Access is granted after subscription and requires a valid TradingView username. A free TradingView account is sufficient. Access is removed upon cancellation.
The strategies listed on the Platform are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Past performance and backtested results are not indicative of future results. You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any trading decisions. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses. The Platform, its operators, and strategy sellers are not liable for any financial losses incurred from using strategies purchased on the Platform.
Sellers retain ownership of their strategy code. The Platform does not claim ownership of any submitted Pine Script code. Sellers are responsible for publishing their strategies as protected, invite-only indicators on TradingView and managing subscriber access. The Platform takes a 20% commission on all subscription payments. Sellers receive 80% of subscription revenue.
Strategy source code is protected through TradingView's invite-only publication system. Subscribers can see signals but never view, copy, or distribute the underlying code. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute strategy logic is prohibited.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
